Mobile Home Construction
01.
Interior and Exterior Wall
- In order to ensure durability and protection against potential cracks during transportation, we use a double plasterboard.
- We employ a special layered panel that provides excellent insulation for the home, creating a thermos effect, which is crucial for maintaining the right temperature inside. At the same time, we pay attention to ventilation and install air exchangers known as 'heat recovery ventilators.’
- In our constructions, we use a vapor-permeable membrane that helps control humidity inside the home.
- Additionally, to provide both acoustic and thermal insulation between individual rooms and the entire home and its surroundings, we use mineral wool. It is carefully placed between the structural profiles that create the frame of the home.
- Our mobile homes are also equipped with 10 cm thick PIR panels, which exhibit excellent insulation parameters comparable to 20 cm thick wool.
- To enhance resistance to extreme weather conditions, such as harsh Scandinavian conditions or maritime air, we use galvanized sheeting with a standing seam, powder-coated in anthracite color or according to the customer’s preference. This sheeting covers the sandwich panels and roof, ensuring not only an aesthetically pleasing finish but also protection against external factors.

Windows and Doors
- The windows and doors we use in our mobile homes are exceptional. We utilize high-quality aluminum profiles that provide excellent thermal insulation. The windows are double-glazed with argon gas filling, enhancing their energy efficiency.
- Our sliding doors to the terrace are impressive in size – 2.6 meters wide and 2.2 meters high. They serve not only as a wonderful interior decoration but also ensure excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. Each room is equipped with large windows that lead to the terrace, with three sets of doors providing access to the outdoor space. This design brings natural light into the interior and offers easy access to the surroundings.

Roof
- Our roof construction technology is based on similar principles to that of the walls, but it uses double the thickness of wool, which results in even better thermal insulation. As a result, our mobile homes provide comfortable living conditions throughout the year, regardless of the prevailing weather conditions.

Floor
- Our mobile homes feature high-quality vinyl panels with a wood-like appearance, characterized by a fifth class wear resistance. We use cement board as a solid load-bearing base for the floor, ensuring stability and durability. This guarantees comfort and convenience for the users of our mobile homes.

Electrical Installation
- In our mobile homes, you will find independent lighting and socket circuits, installed according to the same standards as in residential construction. This not only ensures comfort but also safety for the users of our mobile homes.

Plumbing and Sewer Installation
- Our mobile homes are equipped with British-type PVC pipes for sewage, ensuring reliable operation of the wastewater disposal system. For the water supply installation, we use PEX pipes, ensuring effective water delivery to the home. Additionally, we have the option to connect the sewage installation to a tank without drainage or a small on-site wastewater treatment system, allowing for more sustainable and eco-friendly wastewater management.

Heating
- An innovative heating system based on infrared radiant mats (RedSnake) has been placed on the ceiling, suspended in the space of G-K system profiles. Unlike traditional radiators, these mats are invisible, allowing for an aesthetic interior finish, and they have low power consumption. Additionally, there is the option to control the mats through a mobile app via Wi-Fi or from a wall panel.
- In the bathroom, electric underfloor heating using heating mats has been implemented, providing pleasant warmth in this area.
- Regarding ventilation, our homes are equipped with two heat recovery units that partially recover heat from the exchanged air. These heat recovery units are interconnected and automatically ensure fresh air throughout the home, expelling used air outside and supplying fresh air. Additionally, a ceiling fan has been used in the bathroom to support ventilation in this area. This ensures optimal air quality and comfort inside the mobile home.

Floating Platform
- We have equipped our mobile homes with a universal and modular platform with buoyancy three times the weight of the home and terrace. This advanced technology allows for unlimited possibilities in the location of our homes.
- Safe water-based location: Thanks to this technology, we are able to safely position our homes on the water. This solution has been gaining popularity in Europe for almost a decade.
- Close to nature: By choosing a home with a platform, we embrace a closeness to nature. This trend allows us to change our surroundings and enjoy life on the water.
- Legal floating unit: Our homes with a platform have a side number assigned by the Inland Navigation Institute, making them legal floating units.
